1. Delivery Policy

Alexander Kraft Monte Carlo ships orders worldwide. A selection of courier services is available to ensure fast and reliable delivery; delivery times may vary depending on destination. Delivery costs are shown at checkout once your shipping destination has been selected.

Due to international trade regulations and local customs restrictions, certain items may not be eligible for delivery to some destinations.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for declining or cancelling an order, including after a transaction has begun.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website; however, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to accept or fulfil orders for products incorrectly priced, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders even if they have already been accepted or dispatched. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Christmas Delivery Advisory

To receive your order before 24 December, please place your order no later than:

  • 18 December for Europe
  • 15 December for USA/Canada
  • 12 December for all other destinations

As shipments are handled by third-party carriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays arising after pickup or due to customs clearance.

2. Taxes & Duties Policy

European Union (EU)

VAT is included at checkout. If items are returned, the VAT charged on the items may be refunded.

United States (USA)

Prices for U.S. customers include all applicable import duties and customs charges. No additional duties or customs fees will be due upon delivery. However, these duties cannot be refunded in the event of a return.

Rest of the World (Non-EU / Non-USA)

Local customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/GST applied upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are generally non-refundable, and AKMC is unable to assist with reclaiming them.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Please email [email protected], using the subject line “returns”, and include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and requesting a refund for the original one, as we are unable to reserve stock.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • personalised items
  • perishable goods
  • items with damaged or removed protective seals
  • underwear
  • Made-To-Order items
  • books and magazines

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be returned:

  • within 14 days of receipt
  • in their original packaging
  • in new, unused condition

Any return sent in non-secure packaging or received in a damaged, used, or incomplete condition will be refused and sent back.

Return Shipping

Items must be returned using our designated service. You may choose a different shipping method at your own risk, but we may not accept liability for lost or damaged returns and cannot refund shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and typically appear within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees & Duties on Returns

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • A restocking fee applies per order.
  • EU VAT may be refunded (EU customers only).
  • U.S. import duties included in the price are not refundable.
  • For all other countries, local taxes and duties paid on import are not refundable and must be handled directly with the local customs authority.

5. Sale Items

Discounted items — including items reduced during sales, promotions, special codes, or offers — are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

European Union (EU)

All applicable VAT is included at checkout. No customs duties or additional import charges will apply upon delivery.

United States (USA)

All U.S. import duties and customs charges are already included in our prices. No taxes, no customs duties and no additional costs will be due upon delivery.

Rest of the World (outside EU & USA)

For all other international destinations, the recipient remains responsible for any local VAT/GST, import duties or customs clearance fees applied by local authorities upon arrival of the parcel.

Are taxes and duties refundable if I return my order?

  • European VAT charged at checkout can be refunded for returned items.
  • U.S. duties (included in the retail price) cannot be refunded.
  • For all other countries, local taxes and duties charged upon delivery are generally non-refundable.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for any reclaim procedures.

How to Return Your Order

To request a return, please email [email protected] using the subject line “returns”, and quoting your order number and reason for return.

To request an exchange, email the same address using the subject line “exchange”, including your order number and the item you wish to exchange for.

Please note that we are unable to reserve items, so you may prefer to re-purchase the desired item immediately and request a refund for the returned piece — this is usually the fastest option.

Once the goods have been received and checked, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date your order was received, in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. If more than fourteen days have passed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
