Taking inspiration from the 1960s and the period’s romantic obsession with the African continent, Alexander Kraft has updated the iconic safari dress and created the perfect piece for the woman who appreciates classic style.

The shorter length is complemented by a slightly tapered fit and side-splits creating a sexy and confident silhouette. The generous collar frames a plunging neckline and is balanced by four front pockets with buttoned flaps. The sleeves are finished with shirt-style cuffs that can be buttoned, turned back, or folded to suit the wearer’s mood.

It has been crafted by a family-owned atelier in Tuscany from a rich navy cotton that has been woven with a soupcon of elastane to improve the fit and appearance whilst retaining the crisp and fresh handle of the natural fibre.

The contrasting cognac-coloured buttons enhance the dark navy tone and also allow the dress to be worn with heels in shades of tan as well as black.
