Following the highly successful launch of Alexander Kraft Monte Carlo’s sartorial men’s line, many of Alexander Kraft’s female followers asked him to create ladies’ versions of his most iconic gentlemen’s garments. Alexander Kraft rose to the challenge and – after more than a year of intensive work behind the scenes – is now unveiling additional pieces to his new women’s line. One of the first garments to be released this season is a ladies’ version of the new off-white cotton corduroy jacket to coincide with the launch of the men’s suit of the same cloth. Using a luxurious Italian cotton corduroy, this jacket is surprisingly soft and perfectly suited for year-round wear. High-end sartorial features include working cuff buttonholes, butterfly half-lining and angled flapped pockets. The ladies’ jacket’s nuanced Savile Row-inspired cut is based on the men’s model but has been skillfully adjusted for a woman’s physique.
