One of the first new garments to be released this season is a ladies’ version of the greige pinstripe wool boating jacket that Kraft had already launched in his men’s collection. Using a light Italian pinstriped wool in an elegant yet very versatile greige color, this jacket is surprisingly soft and perfectly suited for year-round wear. High-end sartorial features include working cuff buttonholes and angled pockets as found in the men’s line. The ladies’ jacket’s nuanced Savile Row-inspired cut is based on the men’s model but has been skillfully adjusted for a woman’s physique. It now combines a strong masculine silhouette with feminine softness, making it the perfect garment for today’s strong women that Alexander Kraft is delighted to design for !
