Deliveries and Returns

We are delighted to deliver your purchases worldwide (with only a few exceptions—including but not limited to—conflict areas). Depending upon your location, the time of delivery of your purchase may vary. We charge a handling fee at checkout and offer you the choice of regular or express shipping.

We endeavour to only use the best couriers (usually UPS) to ship your purchases at the earliest possible moment. Please note that the handling fee is non-refundable should you decide to return an item. Please note that while we always strive to ship as quickly as possible, depending on the nature of the item(s), it may sometimes take up to 5 business days to ship a purchase after receiving payment.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for all local customs & import duties.

Please also note that should you return your item, it is not usually possible to have this amount refunded. AK MC are unable to assist in this matter.

We will only fulfil an exchange/refund if the item is returned unworn, in its original packaging and in original condition. Shoes must be tried on a soft surface as any scratches to the sole will prevent the possibility of exchange or refund.

Please note that on discounted items (including but not limited to items the prices of which were reduced during sales periods, items benefitting from special reduction codes and/offers etc.), all sales are final and no returns & refunds are possible.

We charge a restocking fee for all returns as below.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (exclusively via PayPal), Maestro and JCB cards.

Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.
