AK MC Navy Tropical Super 150s Signature Jacket

The essential navy suit has been the go-to item for the well-dressed gentleman for generations and this summer we are delighted to offer a stunning version in a super 150s from luxury artisan mill Loro Piana. The light to medium weight fabric will see you through spring, summer and autumn and the “tropical” worsted weave affords a resilience and structure not usually associated with such a refined cloth.
Cut on the Signature model for a contemporary take on classic tailoring. The bespoke – inspired Signature cut of Alexander Kraft Monte Carlo boasts a medium width notch lapel, deep-flapped slanted side pockets complemented by a ticket pocket and side vents. The Savile Row – inspired silhouette combines a strikingly elegant appearance with maximum comfort thanks to high armholes, roped shoulders, a delicately shaped chest and a nipped-in waist. Other bespoke touches include real horn buttons, working cuffs and a flower loop (a silk thread attached on the underside of the lapel to accommodate a boutonniere). The jacket features a half-canvas construction and we have decided to fully-line this jacket to fully appreciate the sublime drape of this beautiful cloth.
This jacket has been designed to be worn with the matching Riviera trousers and there is also a double-breasted waistcoat in the same cloth available should you need to increase the formality and would be perfect for a summer event such as a wedding. However, like all AK MC tailoring the jacket works with a wide range of pieces from jeans to cream linen trousers.
